Constructing a Strategic Plan
The below products and services are directed at helping you actually construct your strategic plan. Ideally, you would have the time to proceed from start to finish, produce a smooth plan, complete with an implementation plan, but that rarely happens in the real world. Accordingly, we provide you the opportunity to address the process in pieces.
Basic Goal
Helping you to formulate a new corporate strategy.
Time Required: 2 days, one day for training, roughly 8-10 hours, concluding with an initial formulation of the goal, one day for execution, concluding with a clearly stated goal.

Goals, Guidance and Intent, Constraints, Restraints
This is a one-week process to produce new corporate goals as well as the complete guidance to allow the planning team to produce a plan that can be executed by the company.
